msft reDUNKculous-ness

msft just announced a reDUNKculous $75bn payback to its shareholders, of which $32bn will come in a one-time dividend of $3/share (!!!)
 
gates stands to get $3.3bn of the one-time stock bling but will donate it all to his foundation.
 
pretty necessary but the sheer amount is pretty surprising.  i remember slaving away for hours while at gs on msft dividend/repo presentations.  seems like ages ago...  =)
 
btw - they found bobby fisher.  apparently he was in japan.
