finally some good news

i'm still mad about last night (time to move out of the country) but i'm happy to say i have some good news to share (all movie-related):

-jeff sent me this article where ridley scott confirms they're working on alien 6!

details: ridley will be involved but may not direct, ripley will finally be killed-off and we may get to see the alien home planet. sweet.

-george romero is back! the original zombie affectionado is working on his newest flick in 20 years: land of the dead!!



details: dennis hopper will be in the movie, story is about people trying to survive in a skyscaper after the entire planet has been infested. the nyt article also mentions they're working on sequels to saw and (more importantly) 28 days later!!! awesome.
