gehry strikes again

frank gehry's design for the museum of tolerance in la. it's another addition to the many recent "cultural value" museums announced recently (museum of freedom - ground zero, museum of immigration - france).

with critics already questioning the institution due to its founding by an american rabbi and funding by american philanthropy, i personally would have liked to see gehry blend israeli and palestinian themes into the building's design - if not the choosing of another architect altogether. oh well. la is turning into gehry's playground ala what bracelona was for gaudi.
